20 delegates from as far afield as Frome and Ivybridge in Devon travelled to Wellington to hear about a range of promotional schemes and events that support local businesses, that could be replicated in other market towns.

The Devon Towns Forum has consistently demonstrated its commitment to working in partnership and collaborating with other organisations and agencies and this was clearly demonstrated at the Sustainable and Resilient Rural Communities Conference last year.

Representatives of community groups from ten towns met in Shepton Mallet on Wednesday 24th March to learn about progress on a number of projects in the town.
